Thanks for a great 2007 season

This past year was tremendously successful: the project expanded and ran smoothly with support from partners, volunteers, and Ambassadors. In 2007, more than 7,000 volunteers helped to plant 1,950 trees along streams and collected 24,000 pounds of native tree seeds.

Thanks to our wonderful volunteers! We appreciate that you take time to be active members of their community by participating in Growing Native make a difference in the local environment.

  • A highlight of the year was Montgomery County's (MD) Pounds Per Kids contest. More-->

Potomac Conservancy and partners thank everyone who participated in 2007.
